Since 2018 Michael Hahn is a Member of the Board. As a Senior Partner, Michael Hahn lead a team of Lean Manufacturing experts with a focus on automotive. Already before joining Staufen AG, he was able to implement Lean principles and thoughts based on the Toyota production system as project engineer of the Japanese planning service provider Chiyoda in the project A-Class Brazil. At Staufen AG, Michael Hahn was responsible for numerous projects regarding the development and implementation of holistic production and value-added systems. His professional focus is on supporting companies in holistic lean transformation, the development of value-oriented factory concepts and the design and implementation of training programs for Lean experts and executives. As a management trainer and coach, he is operation at leading automotive manufacturers as well as in the automotive supply industry.
