The courses are to be taken in this order as the content builds on each other.
II. Practical phase
No qualification without implementation.
At the end of each training, participants receive individual, practical implementation tasks.Working on the tasks as well as practicing/deepening the content of the training courses and acquired skills help to achieve sustainable change and increase the effectiveness of the training.
III. Progress report & final exam
Documentation of the learning journey and process confirmation.
The practical implementation of Lean leadership will be documented in the form of a progress report completed from your own professional environment (experiences, results, learning progress, etc.). At the end of the training, there will be a final exam that covers all essential training/learning content.

Optionally available modules
If needed, you can complement this program with specific training elements of the competence fields ‘Lean’, ‘Digital’ ‘Change’, ‘Strategy’ and ‘Personality’. Self-reflection with an experienced coach in addition to your formal training is very useful in order to ensure effectiveness and achieve sustainable behavior change. We therefore recommend supplementing your training with INDIVIDUAL COACHING. Here, you will be able to discuss your challenges in a protected environment.
