About the author
Bernhard Heep has been a consultant and trainer in the “Lean Management” department of MTU Aero Engines AG in Munich since 2007. For more than 20 years, he has been supporting change Projects with different focuses (i.e. the introduction of teamwork at MTU's parent com-pany). Since 2013, he has been involved in Shopfloor- and Office Management and supports additional locations of the MTU Group. The actually Focus is to optimize Processes within the framework of Hoshin Kanri.
